I am astounded by the pharmaceutical and the health care industries. You may be frightened to hear that these medications and cures are often nothing more than a cover up.
Cold medicine for instance, how does it work? You would think that it strengthens your immunity, but actually it works exactly in the opposite way.
Common cold medicine will actually go into your body and start killing all bacteria life it can find. Yeah good, no bacteria, right?
Wrong, there are good bacteria’s that our bodies need to keep us alive. Our bodies are constantly being bombarded by virus and infection and all manner of bad germs, if it weren’t for the good bacteria we are fostering in our bodies we would die from every little bug that comes our way.

Because they are completely killing all their defenses, and it takes a little bit of time for those to work back to life. That is just for colds, the pharmaceutical treatments for psychiatrics is much worse.
None of these actually help in any way. In fact there have been no studies showing that after continued use of these medications have their patients ever gotten better.
Think about that for a second. Pharmaceuticals only mask the problem and often foster and allow it to develop into something worse.
Now on the other hand with holistic practices there have been success stories from everything from depression to cancer. And these don’t just hide the symptoms they actually beat them altogether.
Things like healthy eating are going to strengthen your immune system by feeding your body the nutrients it needs to survive. Also most vitamins are also very powerful anti-oxidants, which help to prevent things like colds, cancers, and any sort of infection.
How will eating healthy foods help against psychiatrics, well you have to understand that every reaction in the brain is simply made of chemicals. Where do you think you get these chemicals… the food we eat.
But that is not all your body also needs a catalyst to create certain chemicals. This catalyst is going to come from exercise.
Exercising has been shown to create epinephrine in the adrenal glands, which in turn is going to create endorphins in the brain like serotonin and dopamine. In case you don’t already know, these chemicals are the ones that create wellness and happy feelings.
